Is THCv From Hemp? 

THC does come from hemp extraction. However, it is found in much smaller quantities, making it far more expensive to extract.

Is THCv the Same as THC?

However, the legality of these products must meet two requirements:

Second, the Farm Bill requires all hemp products to contain below 0.3% THC. All THC products under the 0.3% threshold are no longer considered Schedule 1 controlled substances.
